The GR palletiser combines the advantages of a robot and a conventional palletiser system in one machine. This particular system has been especially developed for overlapped palletising of different sack dimensions caused by fluctuating weighments and product densities. Furthermore, a stable pallet is created through the overlapped sack positioning that also enables pallet layers to be formed inboard of the pallet, helping reduce damage caused by overhang.
